My Approach to Canine Behaviour Training
Every dog learns differently so we’ll work to understand your companion’s preferred learning environment and how to look out for this as their guardian.
We’ll look closely at your dog’s body language, plus you’ll gain knowledge to understand what they’re communicating about themselves and their surroundings. We’ll also focus on exercise and play, diet, socialisation and environmental factors that could be influencing your dog’s behaviour.
Together we’ll compile a training plan and learn about the power of positive reinforcement.
You will gain knowledge and training techniques that will last long after your program has ended.
Initial Dog Behaviour Consultation: What to Expect
We will pull together a plan so you know what you can expect in upcoming sessions. We will work to set your dog up for success and use management techniques to prevent further escalation. I can help you overcome your challenges, change behaviours and, most importantly, teach you the skills to develop lifelong habits.
Typically lasting 90 minutes, there is no obligation to book a program following the initial consultation.
