Carri is such a kind, caring and professional human. I reached out to her to undertake training with my 18 month old golden retriever, initially to help with guarding behavior. This was rectified almost immediately. It was unbelievable! Our training evolved into other areas where I realised we needed help. Our golden suffers from anxiety and we learnt so much in a short term about reading his body language and how we can help him. He also has suffered from severe gastrointestinal issues from a young age and very unlike a Golden, wasn't too interested in food! Carri helped guide us with diet and supplements to overcome this and he now has had no tummy upsets since we started working with Carri and he absolutely loves his food now! We enlisted the help of Wild Heart Dogs shortly after adopting our then, 15 week old ‘Daisy’. As a rescue, we were unsure of her exact breed but guessing Bull Arab/Mastiff/Great Dane we knew she would eventually weigh 40-60 kilos. Carri is a very gentle caring lady, who is just amazing with her own dogs & any dog she meets,,, as a trainer, she is second to non... I met Carri, at an Agility Class & watched how she broke down every step into ''increments'' to train her dog, so it knew what was expected of it & how she wanted to work with her. My own dogs have always responded to Carri very enthusiastically. Carri was one of the very few people I could leave 3 deaf workings dogs with & know they were safe, loved & played with.. I have learned many things from Carri & one that I put into practise regularly is how to put a very good recall on my dogs -- I have 6 dogs.. By putting into practise what Carri taught me, I have no problems taking multiple dogs to leash free beaches & knowing they will come to me the moment I call them & will stay with me, when people with dogs on leashes pass us & give a dog that needs space, the room to feel comfortable.
